Marissa B. Kelberman

Marissa is a part of the Community Associations Group, representing community association clients, including condominiums and homeowners’ associations. In this role, Marissa assists clients in interpreting and complying with their governing documents, as well as with the collection of past due assessments.

Before joining Rees Broome, Marissa was a law clerk in the Arlington County Circuit Court, to the Honorable Daniel S. Fiore, II. While attending law school, Marissa served as the Executive Editor on the National Security Law Journal and interned in Fairfax County Circuit Court for the Honorable David A. Oblon and in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia for the Honorable Jia M. Cobb.
