Renee N. Hayes

Renee is part of the Community Associations Group, exclusively representing homeowners’ and condominium unit owners’ associations in Virginia. In this role, Renee assists clients in interpreting and complying with their governing documents, as well as with the collection of past due assessments.

Before joining Rees Broome, Renee practiced criminal law as a prosecutor for several years, litigating hundreds of cases and managing daily trial dockets. Prior to that, Renee worked as a judicial law clerk for a circuit court judge in Arlington County.
