Several community associations in Montgomery County, MD have been named as co-defendants in a class action lawsuit filed against G&C Gulf, Inc., d/b/a G&G Towing in Montgomery County Circuit Court for illegal tows from April 2012 through mid-2017.  

If your association contracted with G&G Towing to provide towing services at any point during this timeframe, please contact one of our Maryland-based community association attorneys immediately to determine whether your association may be negatively impacted by this lawsuit, as there is an important court filing deadline set for December 15, 2017.
